  Where do I start we had to wait 15 to 20 minutes to be seated and it was only 10 or 12 people in there cause they didn't have enough servers (they were very nice), the appetizer and sides were good but our steaks we ordered well done came out med rare sent them back mines came back OK my wife's still wasn't right. At Every table or booth that came in after us had to send something back that wasn't right. We heard "I apologize" so much..... it was the word of day.

  We had an extremely satisfying experience at the Outer Banks Outback after a long drive to get there for a weekend getaway. We could not have been more delighted with the service and the quality of the food. Manager Kim came by twice to check in on us and server Laquiasa was helpful and a pleasure to work with. The steak was one of the best I've had in a very long time. Very well cooked and tender, with an attention to detail that is uncommon. In all aspects this experience far exceeded our expectations. Bravo to Outback and the staff at this specific restaurant for stepping up their game and providing a wonderful customer experience.

  Waiter knelt down to "our level" to talk to us, which neither my wife nor I like. Spoke softly, obviously trying to create a sense of intimacy which was annoying as hell. Got my wife's steak temp wrong, didn't ask what kind of side shrimp she wanted, but hey - it was intimate.
  Also enjoyed his flirting with the married lady at the table next to ours & socializing with other tables rather than checking back with us in any kind of timely fashion.
  Other than steak temp, food was normal Outback fare.
